The Memory Remains
The Memory Remains is an Inuyasha fan fiction that I started only recently, but have been thinking of for quite some time. This is probably my second favorite of my fan fictions, though Goodnight Sweet Princess comes in darned close.
The basic prinicpal of this fiction is that after Naraku has been taken down and the Shikon Jewel has finally been completed, Kagome purifies and uses the jewel, returning to the present immidiately afterwards. There, she leaves with her son, Sango and Miroku. There is a problem however, as she and her son both have terrible nightmares of Inuyasha. Things are doubly hard for Kagome, because she can no longer get through the well to save the man she loves. Will she pine away trying to find a way to get back to the Feudal Era and rescue him? Or will he find his way to her? Will things be the same as when she left? And where the heck is Miroku putting his hands?
